01Is pricing per memory, per request, or per seat?
Per memory stored, billed monthly against the workspace. Reads and writes don't count separately — only the live memory count at billing time.
02What counts as a memory?
One semantically-distinct chunk of content the agent can recall. We deduplicate aggressively, so re-ingesting the same document doesn't multiply your count.
03What happens if I go over the Team plan limit?
Nothing breaks. Overage is billed at $0.05 per additional 10,000 memories. You can set a hard cap in the dashboard if you'd rather have writes pause instead.
04Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Hobby and Team are month-to-month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and your data is exportable for 30 days after.
05Is there an open-source self-host option?
The Hypersave SDK is open. The full retrieval engine is closed-source today; on-prem deployment is available on Enterprise.
